HUBEI RCH ENTERPRISE ELECTRONIC CO.,LIMITED was established in 2014, is a professional factory integrating R&D, design, production and sale in LED light sources, we focus on LED SMD packing, LED automotive lighting, TV backlight sources and Medical device lighting. Our factory is located in Hubei China with area 20000 square meters and 350 staff. 75% of research and development personnel have been engaged in the backlight and automotive light for more than 10 years. Optical simulation can be performed according to the client with OC spectrum. Factory passed ISO9001 and ISO45001 in 2016 and 2021. We have 15 automated production lines with a monthly production capacity of SMD Chip 326KK, ELED light bar 3.05KK and DLED light bar 6.15KK. All materials and production process follow strict standards and guarantee high quality, we have 3 test steps: incoming testing for raw material; Process/Analysis control under production; ESD/Reliability/Shipment testing.
