• Q: What kind of light bar do you offer?

  A : We produce SMD LED Chip which used in backlight sources, DLED Light bar strip and ELED light bar strip used in TV and business screen show.

• Q: Can I order sample to test quality?

  A : Yes, we are glad to offer sample order to test and check quality, mixed sample are available.

• Q: Can we customize LED Backlight with my brand and Special size?

  A : Yes, we can design PCB and customize with your brand.

• Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?

  A : Low MOQ, 1pc sample order was acceptable.

• Q: How to deal with the faulty?

  A : Our products pass 3 times QC test, so that defective rate will be less than 0.2%, For defective products, we will resend new ones to you or we can discuss the solution as your advice.

• Q: What is your payment method?

  A : We accept several payment methods including bank telegraphic transfer, alibaba assurance, Paypal.

• Q: What is your shipping way for orders?

  A : Sample and small order will be shipped by DHL/FedEx; Large order will be shipped by air or sea, also can ship according to your requests.
